If you have placed an order and have not heard from us within a 24 to 48 hour period, then you are probably not hearing from many other folks either. We respond to the payment email address used for your order, so please be sure your email address can receive messages from rickygreer.com or magicalwebsites.com email addresses.
Note: If you use charter.net email addresses... THEY REALLY SUCK! Chances are that you will never hear from us... or any of your future members either. If you must use them, or a few others like them, please provide us with a phone number where you can be reached at in the comment field at checkout.

Due to the continued abuse of Payment Systems, all orders from "Unverified" accounts will now be held for a Minimum of 24 hours before delivery. There will be NO Exceptions to this policy. Order Notes: The TrafficDX Scripts are copyrighted material and some files can be modified by you for your own personal use, but cannot be resold. Only one (1) single copy of the TrafficDX Scripts per licensed purchase can be installed and registered. Multiple traffic exchange systems may be installed with the purchase of additional licenses, but all domains our scripts are installed on must be owned and controlled by the original license owner. A New Installation includes any optional modules you purchased. An Upgrade Installation includes any optional modules you currently own.
Hosting Package Notes: Our hosting plan can support an extremely large TrafficDX system with 1000's of members. Average systems will use less than 50 MB of space and 5 GB of monthly bandwidth. Please do not be fooled with higher numbers and lower prices on other hosting services... you may be getting service on a "shared" server with a 1000 other sites... and they are counting on the fact that most users will never use what they purchased. If you test those limits, you may find your account suspended for whatever reason.
